Our Approach

Cadencia was founded on the premise that the offshore outsourced staffing industry could and should be done better.

With over 15 years in the industry to draw from, our founders saw an opportunity to create a nearshore outsourcing firm that brings a community of staffers together to serve clients with far greater efficiencies. We care about our team members and we make sure we do everything we can to foster their success, and our client’s success. That results in a win-win for our people and our clients!

What makes Cadencia stand-out from any other nearshore/offshore company is the lack of turnover. Turnover is costly because you have to keep training a new person to do the job every time someone leaves. That takes time and money. Why do people leave? Because they’re unhappy. Cadencia is different because they have built a great culture to make sure their team stays happy in their careers which means less turnover and fewer disruptions to our productivity.

Building careers, NOT filling seats

What sets Cadencia apart from our offshore outsourcing competitors?

One word: Culture

Our approach is one focused on connecting humans to opportunity. We built our business model with the mission of bringing people together in a community to serve our US-based clients while providing exciting careers for our Mexico-based team. We knew that building a nearshore outsourcing organization with an elevated culture would create stability and longevity in an industry known for volatility and turnover. Cadencia’s culture is driven by an understanding of people and the community within which we operate. How do we do it?

Outsource to clients with similar values

Provide full-time outsourced staffing

Hire highly qualified people with a customer service mindset

Our outsourced nearshore staffers stay with their client companies for years, not weeks or days. That kind of commitment comes from knowing they are valued.

Recruiting Process or Candidate Pool?

Recruiting specifically for your organization gives our recruiters an opportunity to search for candidates with your needs in mind. Of course, that process takes about 3 weeks from launching the search to your new team member’s start date. When you need help sooner than later, we have a pool of qualified candidates ready to join your group right away. The choice is yours!

  • First Day

We meet with your hiring manager/designee to determine your must-haves for the position

    Weeks 1 and 2

    Recruiting, vetting, and preliminary interviews

    Week 3

    We present 2-3 candidates

You spend 24-48 hours choosing your favorite new team member

    Final Step

We order equipment and begin the onboarding process

    Ongoing Support

During the onboarding process, we will continue weekly meetings and then move to monthly check-ins once everyone is comfortable.

Our Cadencia client service managers are there every step of the way to ensure your organization is finding the best fit for your team. And we don’t go away once your nearshore staffer starts work. Our People & Culture team is in place to provide training, mentorship and guidance to our team members. We are always just a phone call or email away to answer questions and help you get the most out of your outsourcing experience.

Leadership Team

I started out with one Cadencia team member and I was fairly skeptical. Now I have four team members including a team lead and I can’t imagine running my business without them. Working with Cadencia is part of the foundation of my firm’s strategy and provides a stellar return on investment.
