Carlos is the Chief Financial Officer for Cadencia, leading finance and risk management operations. Carlos brings 9 years of experience as a sales executive and as a financial analyst, along with a bachelor’s degree in financial administration and a certificate in strategic business administration and business management. Carlos has explored the world, living in Canada and New Zealand in years past. Running, biking, and reading are additional passions that keep him busy in his free time, along with planning his wedding! We love having Carlos on our team every day because he is a great example of positivity and work ethic for our nearshore staffers.
