Julia Vélez - Human Resources Manager

Julia is Cadencia’s Human Resources Manager. She works tirelessly to ensure that our team members have a best-in-class employee experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in pedagogy from Universidad Panamericana and is experienced in Ignition and Karbon practice management software which improves workflows in any office. Previously, Julia worked as a Backup Lead and Teacher which gives her valuable know-how in communication and heading up projects. Her best attributes are a drive to fine-tune the skills she already has and to keep learning new ones. In her free time, Julia loves to spend time with her family.
